“Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you’re feeling. To have hard conversations.” Brene’ Brown
I believe that change happens through the building of a strong therapeutic relationship that creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Utilizing a person- centered approach to therapy, I help my clients to understand where they might gain insight in order to develop more adaptive coping skills to face life challenges and ultimately promote change
Through the use of several different modalities I work with teens, adults, couples and families struggling with varied issues like depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, relationship issues, grief, trauma, life transitions and more.
I received my B.A. in psychology from The University of California San Diego and completed a M.A. from Phillips Graduate University. My clinical work as a therapist began in 2014 at West Valley Counseling Center in Tarzana. In 2018 I took an Associate position at Counseling West. Moving forward, after obtaining 3000 hours, I am currently on track for licensure this year and am supervised by Gary D Pearle, PhD, LMFT 30246 at Sessions Counseling Group.
Cost per 50- minute session $120
