Sessions Counseling Group
A Marriage and Family Therapy Professional Corporation
I received a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with emphasis in Depth Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with emphasis in Applied Coaching Modalities from the University of Santa Monica, and a certification in Trauma Informed Care from the Colorado School of Professional Development.
My voracious appetite for learning about psychology, human development, spirituality, philosophy, and self-help tools, as well as my own experience with PTSD and the hundreds of patients I have been privileged to encounter allows me to keep growing in this field. I am a researcher and knowledge synthesizer by nature and my job is endlessly fulfilling because it gives me the opportunity to constantly learn and share what I know.
I have specialized training and experience supporting clients with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), developmental or childhood trauma, ADHD (Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder), childbirth trauma (effects on mother and child), military personnel-and-family-related issues, and those in need of career or brand counseling.
My former occupation as a marketing consultant and experience in entrepreneurship also enriches my ability to support individuals in creative fields, business, and leadership positions. As a mother, I am interested in maternal mental health, prenatal and perinatal psychology, and early childhood development. As a wife, I love learning about the intricacies of love relationships and human sexuality.

My Promise to You
I am a compassionate and curious depth-trained psychotherapist and results-oriented life coach. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children.
My goal is to help you through the journey of realizing your highest potential through facilitating wisdom and self-awareness and teaching psychological tools for your personal growth and healing in and beyond therapy.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety or depression, or unhealthy habits that you can’t seem to change, or relational and family conflicts, I will help you use them as opportunities for positive transformation.
During each session, I employ evidence-based, somatic, spiritual, psychodynamic, and depth psychology modalities—addressing the mind-body-spirit connection, offering you holistic support.
Please call or email me if you are interested in working together. I am happy to provide a complementary 20-minute consultation for us to determine if we are a fit. My sliding scale fees range from $80-120.
