Sessions Counseling Group
A Marriage and Family Therapy Professional Corporation
I received a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with emphasis in Depth Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with emphasis in Applied Coaching Modalities from the University of Santa Monica, and certifications in Trauma Informed Care (TIC) from the Colorado Professional Development Center and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a non-invasive audio application of Dr. Steven Porges' Polyvagal Theory that calms anxiety and trauma-related challenges. I trained in Brainspotting (BSP), a brain-based modality that uses the visual field to access and heal unprocessed traumas in the subcortical brain. I have also been fortunate to receive supervision from mentors with deep experience and backgrounds in Jungian Analysis or Analytical Psychology, Child and Family Psychology, and Integrative Psychotherapy.
My voracious appetite for learning about psychology, human development, spirituality, philosophy, creativity, and self-help tools, as well as my own experience with PTSD and the hundreds of patients I have been privileged to encounter allows me to keep growing in this field. I am a researcher and knowledge synthesizer by nature and my job is endlessly fulfilling because it gives me the opportunity to constantly learn and share what I know.
I have specialized training and experience supporting clients with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), childbirth trauma (effects on mother and child), developmental or childhood trauma, ADHD (Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder), military personnel-and-family-related issues, and those in need of career or brand counseling.
My former occupation as a creative and strategic marketing consultant as well as my experience in entrepreneurship enriches my ability to support high performers and individuals in creative fields, business, and leadership positions. As a mother, I am interested in maternal mental health, prenatal and perinatal psychology, and early childhood development. As a wife, I love learning about the intricacies of love relationships, the ever widening spectrum of human sexuality and growth through partnership.

I am a compassionate and curious depth-trained and results-oriented psychotherapist. I work with individuals, couples, families and children. I provide in-person and online therapy.
My goal is to help you through the journey of Individuation--the realization of your highest potential by coming into alignment with your authentic self. I help you gain self-awareness and access to your own wisdom. I teach psychological tools to help you break through unconscious limiting beliefs and cultivate positive habits for continued growth and healing in and beyond therapy.
If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, creative blocks, a difficult life transition, unhealthy behaviors that you can’t seem to change, existential dilemmas or relational and family conflicts, I will help you use them as opportunities for positive and sustainable transformation.
During each session, I employ depth, somatic, evidence-based, psychodynamic, and spiritual psychology modalities—addressing the mind, body, soul/spirit connection, offering you integrative therapeutic support.
You may call or email me if you are interested in working together. I am happy to provide a complimentary 20 minute consultation for us to determine if we are a fit. My fees range from $100 -150 per session. I offer a sliding scale depending on your income.
