I know what it’s like to struggle, to be unsure of yourself and your relationships, to feel stuck. I believe therapy is an act of courage and hope, and I’ve been humbled by the creativity and strength I’ve seen in my clients. My goal is to help you discover better ways to help yourself and find more meaning in your life. How we go about this will depend on your goals for therapy, but I’m a firm believer every client has the inner resources they need to overcome life’s challenges and thrive. Sometimes we all just need a little help seeing our potential, and I’d love to help you uncover yours.

A little about me

I grew up on the East Coast and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in writing. My journey eventually led me to a men’s therapy group where I experienced the transformative power of this work. It was during this time that I discovered my desire to help others uncover their potential and strength. I’m passionate about this work because of what it afforded me, and it brings me great joy to see my clients benefit from it as well.

How I work

I believe our relationship is the most important factor in you achieving the goals you set for yourself in therapy. Because of this, our first task is to create a trusting partnership where you feel safe enough to get to know yourself on a deeper level. Once trust has been established, we’ll collaborate to uncover any beliefs, patterns of behavior, or ways of relating that prevent you from living more of the life you want. This work may involve us exploring your past or examining how you view yourself and your future. No matter what approach we take, I will offer you a compassionate and non-judgmental space to better understand yourself, heal, and move forward.
